Events can be added by current HOA members to reserve a time for the tennis/pickleball court. Do not overlap times of existing reservations on the same court.
There are three courts at the facility: Pickleball North, Pickleball South, and Tennis.
Tennis uses the entire court, including both Pickleball courts. Pickleball may NOT be scheduled when the Tennis court is in use.
The Tennis court may NOT be used when either Pickleball court is in use.
One resident may reserve ONE pickleball or tennis court with a maximum of 3 guests.
One resident may NOT reserve both pickleball courts at the same time and bring 7 guests.
The calendar does not allow you to delete your event, but you can change the times to TBD (To Be Determined) to free up the court reservation if you have to cancel your reservation.
Using a computer is the easiest way to fill and submit the form. It can be done on a smartphone, but is more complicated. First, download the General Release to your device, then navigate to the PDF file and open it with Adobe Reader or MS Office, fill, save it, and email. In later versions of iOS, the AutoFill function can help fill out the form. Then Share or email the saved file.
